About Pamela Green
Family law and divorce lawyer Pamela Green has more than thirty years experience practicing law in Minnesota. A graduate of Hamline University School of Law, she is a past chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Family Law Section, a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a leader in the practice of cooperative law in the Twin Cities. Pamela Green has been named by Minnesota Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Minnesota. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.
Ms. Green commonly uses alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve divorce, child custody, support, and spousal maintenance issues. She believes that alternative dispute resolution gives the client more control over the outcome of the case than leaving it to a third party, like a Judge, to decide. If litigation is necessary however, Ms. Green is her client's zealous advocate in the Courtroom.
